Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will vary depending on location and the size of the order being placed.

All shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, prior to purchase.

ORDERS WITHIN CANADA:

Minimum shipping rate for any order within Canada will be $10.

Here is the breakdown of how shipping is calculated:

• Small Package - up to 5 kg
• Medium Package - up to 10 kg
• Large Package - up to 15 kg
• Heavy Package - over 15 kg

* TIP ... shipping rates are calculated by the total weight of your order. Therefore, depending on what you've ordered, you may be able to add more items to your cart without increasing the shipping costs.

Example 1: If you purchase a 3 kg bag of dog food, you can still add another 2 kg of items without effecting the shipping cost.

3 kg = Small Package Rate
3 kg + 2 kg = Small Package Rate

Example 2: If you purchase an 11 kg bag of dog food, you can still add another 4 kg worth of items without effecting the shipping cost.

11 kg = Large Package Rate
11 kg + 4 kg = Large Package Rate

ORDERS WITHIN NEWFOUNDLAND:

Customers within Newfoundland will have the option to place their orders online, and then pick the product up at our store at their own convenience. PLEASE NOTE: These orders will NOT be shipped. Rather, they will be held at our store location for customer pick-up. All items must be picked-up within 7 days of purchase.

Proof of purchase must be shown at time of pick-up. (ie. printed receipt)

This option will be available at checkout, prior to purchase, and is labelled "IN-STORE PICK-UP".

Minimum shipping rate for any order within the United States will be $20.

• Small Package - up to 4 kg
• Medium Package - up to 7 kg
• Large Package - up to 10 kg

PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we are unable to ship any food products to the USA.
